Oak Mountain House is located in the western Santa Monica Mountains, 20 miles west of downtown Malibu and 2.5 miles from the ocean. It is 2.5 miles outside the Studio Zone, inside the Secondary Studio Zone.
The 68-acre property features a large modern rustic house with both ocean and mountain views, extensive landscaping, multiple mature coastal live oaks and native coastal chaparral.
The property includes a tennis court and swimming pool, as well as a tennis house, zen garden and studio / barn. It is also contiguous to state park land.
Parking for crew can be both on the location and on the adjoining property (that also features a Western saloon).
This property became available for production for the first time in November 2022.
